Ms. Loveleen Tiwari has completed her Master's and M.Phil in Psychology from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut. Currently, she is registered for pursuing Ph.D in Psychology from C.C.S. University Meerut and contributing to Mental Health Mission India up to her best efforts. As a psychologist, her area of interest is to work with children and teenagers as well as on issues related to students' life and stress management. She likes to help others in need and resolve emotional and behavioral issues of life. She feels that everyone should have a passion for their hobbies and interest and practicing them leads to good mental health, happiness, and satisfaction in life. Hobbies like music and dance are psychologically relaxing and they help a lot in managing stress. Swati Yadav is the working Principal at a Public School, since 3 years now. She has also been a Marital Counselor in a Charitable Trust for about a year. I have done post graduation from CCS University, Campus. Now I am pursuing B.Ed. from CCS University. Talking about herself she has her interests in talking to people and getting to know about them so that she can use her professional skills to help them out, if and when needed. She also loves interacting with children and enjoys teaching them. But to opt between the two, she prefers counselling because that opens all her doors to helping anybody and everybody irrespective of their age, group, gender, religion and background. She personally believes that if we consult people according to their needs, we can help many people and especially those who feel themselves to be incomplete or alone in our society. That is how she thinks that these people would be able to understand themselves to most extent. She even lives upto the fact that taking care of mental health is one major step if we want to take care of ourselves physically. Counselling gives her happiness and makes her feel complete as a human being because she thinks the most important and biggest thing to achieve in a lifetime is "Humanity".
