WHY TO DONATE US?
- Mental Health Mission India is a registered non-profit organization also registered with Neeti Aayog NGO DARPAN. This is well known that India is growing rapidly in all areas of life but mental health is a disapproved issue in our society. The families having a member with a mental problem or related issues better know the pain of bearing a large number of treatment expenses with no hope of complete recovery. In many cases, the whole family remains on alarm and restless every time trying to protect the life of the loved one from suicide due to depression. The burden of emotional distress on such families is intolerable. In the age of globalization and multimedia communication era, our society is much stigmatized to talk about mental health and mental problems at hand. They may contact a physician for every small physical problem but ignoring personal mental health and hygiene for a successful life. This is one reason that the major priority of every NGO working in this area is to aware and motivates people to talk about their stress, poor relationships, about the child scoring poor in school, and about an adolescent not respecting (not even parents). This might just lead to another revolution in the Indian society
- The amount accepted through contribution/donation is used for the DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF MHM India to provide consistent subsidized psychological services to the needy. This amount is spent on SPREADING AWARENESS ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN OUR SOCIETY by online and offline workshops in schools, hospitals, old age homes, public places, and at work organizations.
- In addition to this, people with ANY TYPE OF LIFE STRESS ISSUES could call us for free or register with us for an audio/video call back by our counselor at a very subsidized contribution as low as Rs.50 for 30 minutes counseling session
- A country with 1.35 Crore of the population has not more than 50000 mental health professionals to help such families. The accepted amount is used to PROVIDE TRAINING OF WORKSHOPS/COUNSELING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY TO THE FRESHER (for a very reduced contribution)by highly efficient professors, counselors, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists.
- A large amount of this contribution is PAID TO THE PROFESSIONALS WORKING WITH MHM INDIA who also have families and they need financial assistance.
